Orders will be processed Monday-Friday and will be shipped using the United States Postal Service. There is a 3-5 day processing time prior to the shipping speed. 

USPS TRANSIT TIMES:

  • USPS First Class Mail — 2 to 6 Business Days
  • USPS Priority Mail — 1 to 3 Business Days

Differently Dank provides built-in shipping options are true to cost with real time verification. 
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed along with tracking information for your package. Please refer to the USPS tracking tool for updates on your order.
Packages are in inconspicuous packaging and does not include any indicators of package contents. There are no brand names or logos visible.

Differently Dank and its employees follow strict guidelines to ensure cleanliness and create healthy work environments. We strive to make sure all orders are processed by happy and healthy employees. Our shipping service provider, the USPS is following CDC guidelines during this time.

FOR QUESTIONS REGARDING LOCATION OF YOUR PACKAGE:

After your package leaves our facility, it is now in the hands of the United States Postal Service. Delivery times and delays are the responsibility of the USPS. Any concerns regarding the whereabouts of a shipped package should be directed towards your local USPS at 18002758777.

MISSING PACKAGES/SAYS DELIVERED BUT IT'S NOT THERE?

You may need to allow a few business days for packages to arrive. USPS sometimes marks a package as delivered prior to dropping it off.  You can see more information on the USPS FAQ page found here
If you still haven’t received your package after a few business days, please submit a missing mail search request via USPS link here. To receive a replacement package, you must submit a missing mail search request via USPS. Please send us the package loss confirmation from USPS with the case number included. We will then send out a replacement package or issue a refund.

PACKAGE RETURNED TO US

Packages may be returned to us by the USPS for many reasons. We will request additional information to resolve such issues once we receive the package back. The cost of re-shipping will not be covered if your package was not delivered due to user error when entering your address. In this case, if you don’t want to pay the new shipping costs we will be happy to refund the order for you, however the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

​Differently Dank does not ship to individuals outside of the USA. However, Customs and import duties may be applied to international wholesale orders, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary from country to country.  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of our products. Differently Dank is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are held up in customs. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the items purchased are legal in your country due to the nature of our brand. Differently Dank uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship packages. However, once the package reaches customs in the destination country, the host postal service will then deliver the package to the recipient.
