Yes! To keep your bowl from building up and causing the scraping bar to become difficult to turn or stuck, it is recommended to clean your bowl frequently using alcohol or another safe cleaning solution. The bowl can be detatched and dissassembled for easy cleaning. 

The Unpackabowl is made of a of highly heat resistant, extremely durable silicone and premium anodized aluminum.
